Pump Skid Manufacturing
Our prefabricated fire pump skids are pre-assembled and pre-tested systems designed to supply water to fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire hoses, and other fire protection equipment. These skids are typically manufactured in a factory and then shipped to the job site for installation.
The base frame is one of the components of a fire pump skid, often fabricated using robotic welding. The base frame provides structural support for the skid and must be strong enough to withstand the weight of the pump, motor, and other components. Robotic welding is ideal for fabricating base frames because it can produce high-quality welds that are consistent and repeatable.
Our three-pump skid package includes a jockey pump, an electrically driven pump, and a diesel engine pump with all essential accessories. These systems are pre-assembled in a controlled environment and rigorously tested for quality assurance. Designed for reliability and efficiency, they simplify installation and reduce on-site work. This solution ensures seamless integration and performance and is ideal for diverse fire protection needs.
Our five-pump skid package is available in two configurations: two jockey pumps, two electrically driven pumps, one diesel engine pump or two jockey pumps, one electrically driven pump, and two diesel engine pumps. Each package includes essential accessories. These systems are pre-assembled in a controlled environment and undergo rigorous testing to ensure quality and reliability. They are designed for efficiency, simplifying installation and reducing on-site work. These skid packages offer seamless integration and dependable performance, ideal for diverse fire protection needs.
